GraciasPadre
Organization/YouTube Channel
OVERVIEW
“GraciasPadre” is a YouTube channel that focuses on free (no charge) artistic empowering short films that are loosely based on real life stories of Salvadorian and Chicano/Latino first generation and/or immigrant people in the United States.
Each short film would demonstrate the reality of the Latino and immigrant population in the United States, the overwhelming challenges that they overcome as they eventually contribute and become a very significant demographic. These stories would demystify misconceptions of the Latino and immigrant population over various decades.
