Applications for the 2027 Indiewood Screenwriting Fund open on January 1, 2027. ISF is a creative development program, with sessions from May through July, for emerging screenwriters who want to deepen their craft, strengthen their writing discipline, and join a community of peers committed to story.

Selected writers take part in guided virtual sessions from May through July, receive focused craft mentorship, exchange pages monthly, and develop a polished script with consistent support.

If you’re looking for a collaborative, craft-forward space to evolve your voice, this is where the year begins.
